What You'll Do

• Support surgeons during operativeand invasive procedures and while maintaining strict sterile technique
• Prepare operating rooms with theinstruments, equipment, and supplies needed for each procedure
• Ensure surgical instruments andsupplies are organized, stocked, and ready for use
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilizeinstruments according to infection control and hospital safety standards
• Assist with medication handlingunder direct supervision
• Contribute to team meetings,ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Help create a positive,patient-focused surgical environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of OR technicianexperience or certification in OR technology
• Ability to scrub independently across all surgical specialties
• Completion of a two-year SurgicalTechnologist program preferred
• High school diploma or GEDpreferred
• Current BCLS (Basic Life Support)certification required
• Strong attention to detail,teamwork, and commitment to patient safety
