At Mint Landscapes , we don’t just mow lawns—we craft and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. We are looking for a Pruning Crew Leader who takes pride in high-end detail work and thrives on coaching others. If you have a sharp eye for precision trimming, a strong work ethic, and the drive to lead a crew toward daily production goals, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
As a Crew Leader, you are the bridge between our clients' vision and the team making it happen. Your daily focus will include:
Lead & Coach: Manage a dedicated crew, communicating daily goals, tracking hours, and keeping morale and efficiency high.
Artistic Precision: Oversee and execute high-quality pruning, shrub/tree trimming, and detailed bed clean-ups according to industry standards.
Client Connection: Interact with property owners to ensure complete satisfaction and answer on-site questions with a professional attitude.
Safety & Logistics: Ensure all safety procedures are followed, maintain a clean and organized worksite, and complete basic daily job paperwork.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing or supervising a landscape crew.
Horticultural Knowledge: Strong experience in plant identification, proper pruning techniques, and overall landscape maintenance.
Equipment Mastery: Confident operating standard landscaping machinery (trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, maintain regular attendance, and work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions.
Flexibility: Willingness to work variable hours, which may include occasional overtime or weekends depending on the season.
