What You'll Do:

Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, following established protocols and standards
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Document patient information accurately using EPIC and other electronic health records
Adapt care to meet the unique needs of diverse patient populations
Participate in continuous quality improvement by evaluating patient outcomes and suggesting enhancements
Support and delegate to team members, fostering a collaborative environment

What You Need:

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
NIH certification (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience with EPIC documentation skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing
Certification in clinical specialty areas
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good judgment and interpersonal skills
