Job OpportunityThis position requires flexibility to float between two campuses. The primary responsibility includes delivering high-quality care for patients in various units, including PCU, general telemetry monitored, and medical patients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care for patients in Progressive Care Unit (PCU), general telemetry, and medical wards.Adapt to the universal bed model across both campuses.Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and treatment options.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.QualificationsCurrent nursing license in the respective state.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in PCU and telemetry nursing preferred.Work ScheduleThis position operates on a second shift, requiring 12-hour shifts.LocationsCity A, StateCity B, StateJoin Our Caring TeamIf you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and meet the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to apply.
