Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator. This pivotal role is dedicated to ensuring outstanding customer experiences and maintaining an efficient, well-organized office. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and a key support system for our internal operations.

Customer Service Coordinator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$17.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:30pm )

Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service & Scheduling:** * Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing top-tier customer service. * Efficiently schedule customer appointments and jobs, managing calendars and resources. * Communicate arrival times, job updates, and important information to customers. * Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries with empathy and effectiveness. * Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion. * Coordinate technicians and field staff with customers to ensure smooth service delivery. * Actively engage with leads to convert inquiries into booked jobs, supporting business growth.

Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:*** Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service.* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.* Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.* Proficiency in data entry and standard office software.* Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a dynamic environment.* Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic.
