WCAC serves 45 towns in Central and South-Central Massachusetts with offices located in Worcester, Southbridge, Webster, and East Brookfield. In addition to fair and transparent pay practices, we offer an additional pay differential to bilingual employees.The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a free resource available to help eligible households pay a portion of winter heating bills regardless of how they heat their home. WCAC's HEAP program serves households throughout Worcester County. WCAC seeks to hire and train a full time Intake Specialist responsible to gather applicant information to process the completion and accuracy of the HEAP applications.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED/HISET equivalent required; an associate degree preferred.Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls for the agency and to greet clients and visitors.Strong communication skills and experience dealing with customers in person preferred.Strong organization skills, attention to detail is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
