Position: Braillist
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: 6–7 hours per day
Assignment: ASAP – End of School Year
Setting: One school location

Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Braillist to support a school district in Oxnard, California for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity supporting students at one location , providing a consistent and rewarding school-based schedule.

Job Details

Full-time position- 30+ hours/week
Supports students at one location only
ASAP start through the end of the school year
School-based setting
Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student accessibility and learning needs
Provide Braille-related support and services in accordance with student needs and educational plans

Qualifications

Braille translator certificate required
Previous experience working as a Braillist or in a similar educational accessibility role
Experience with Braille transcription, production, or student support preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
