In this role, you’ll deliver professional lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest services while serving as a trusted, friendly face to our residential customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide lawn fertilization, weed control and exterior pest treatments to residential properties
• Drive company vehicles on local routes and safely operate application equipment
• Perform property evaluations and make service recommendations based on lawn conditions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at each visit
• Document service details, property conditions and customer notes using mobile devices
• Identify opportunities for additional services, earning commission on produced work
• Collaborate with Lawn Care Specialists, Sales Specialists and Customer Experience team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk 10-12 miles, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Successful completion of background check.

Schedule Requirements:

• Monday-Friday 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday availability may be required based on weather conditions
