Trusted Health is seeking an experienced ICU & ED Float Nurse to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care across critical care and emergency settings. In this role, you will float between the ICU and ED, performing complex assessments, stabilizing critically ill or injured patients, managing ventilators and titrating drips, and responding to rapid changes in condition. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team while using advanced technology and EHR systems to document and coordinate care.
