Business Analyst | Offshore

The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams, working to identify business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for solving complex business problems, and experience with process improvement and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, goals, and objectives. * Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement or automation. * Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. * Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. * Create detailed process maps, user stories, and use cases to clearly define business needs. * Develop and present reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders. * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with business leaders to drive alignment and decision-making. * Support project management activities, including scope definition, timeline estimation, and risk management. * Assist in quality assurance testing by reviewing functional specifications and validating that deliverables meet business requirements. * Continuously evaluate industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making. Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. * Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, requirement gathering, use case modeling). * Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or similar enterprise software. * Knowledge of business process modeling and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). * Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus. * Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) or basic automation tools is a bonus.
