The Tax Senior at Catalyst Family Office demonstrates consistent proficiency as a tax team member across a range of projects and is now taking increased ownership for the management and implementation of projects. Overview Catalyst Family Office is a premier professional services firm providing an integrated suite of financial advisory, tax, and reporting insight to ultra‑affluent individuals and families. The firm is known for its work on behalf of highly entrepreneurial and tech‑savvy wealth owners, helping them manage their sophisticated and complex wealth challenges. Responsibilities Provide tax compliance and consulting services to individuals, trusts, partnerships, and non‑profit clients. Assist tax interns and tax associates. Identify tax planning and consulting opportunities. Bring unusual or significant tax questions to the attention of the manager or partner. Tackle increasingly complex accounting and/or tax issues. Remain knowledgeable and up to date on industry developments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Master’s in Taxation preferred. Three years or more full‑time work in tax compliance experience in individual, partnership, trust and non‑profit entities. Proficiency in common tax technology preparation and reporting software (BNA Income Tax Planner, Checkpoint RIA, CCH Axcess Tax, MS Office with advanced Excel capabilities). Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills. A desire to contribute, learn, and grow at Catalyst Family Office.
