Job Title

Cardiac Surgical ICU Registered Nurse (CVICU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Expected 36 hours/week | Day/Night Rotating Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and manage critically ill cardiac surgical patients throughout recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions in a fast-paced ICU environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Surgical ICU experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with complex cardiac surgical patient populations
• Familiarity with advanced hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac assist devices
