Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment coordination during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients with acute conditions.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical symptoms continuously.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions.
• Educate patients and their families about post-visit care and treatment procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Obtain and maintain BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic or similar electronic charting systems.
• Be willing to work night shifts (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) and alternate weekends.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
