What You'll Do

Assist physicians during surgical procedures with professionalism and competence
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of surgical equipment and supplies
Scrub in for various surgical procedures, maintaining sterile field
Support daily department operations and procedural workflows
Maintain clinical knowledge, technical skills, and certifications
Ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of endoscopes with quality control
Assist with patient care duties as required
Uphold safety, compliance, and infection control standards
Adapt to evolving procedural and operational needs of the department

What You Need
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
Surgical technology certification
2+ years of surgical tech experience
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to demonstrate good judgment and adaptability

Preferred:

Experience with endoscope sterilization and infection control
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
