Nurse Manager - Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)

At Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, a proud member of Trinity Health Of New England, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager for our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) to lead a highly specialized, high‑acuity critical care team. About the Role As the CICU Nurse Manager, you will play a key leadership role in advancing patient outcomes, staff engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration in alignment with Trinity Health’s Mission and Core Values of dignity, excellence, justice, and stewardship. You will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the CICU while fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and compassionate care.
