Work Environment

This is an onsite position within a school setting, allowing you to work closely with students, families, and staff to provide preventative care and health education. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. You may also participate in community outreach events on weekends, reinforcing our commitment to health promotion beyond the clinic walls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments, screenings, and evaluations for patients ranging from children to adults, tailored to their unique needs.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, offering preventive care and health promotion strategies that echo our mission of holistic treatment.
• Collaborate with educational staff and community organizations to develop and implement impactful health education programs, ensuring children and families are informed and empowered.
• Advocate for patients' rights and ensure culturally sensitive care that respects diverse backgrounds and individual needs.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care by maintaining ongoing communication with specialists, families, and community caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in alignment with regulatory requirements to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Engage actively in community outreach activities, health fairs, and events that educate the public and provide health screenings.
• Stay informed about emerging health trends, evidence-based practices, and policies that affect community health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role emphasizes a focus on diverse patient populations, including children and families within the school environment. You will work closely with students, addressing both physical and mental health needs, while providing holistic care that respects each individual's cultural and social context.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner and an active state nursing license.
• A Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience within clinical settings, ideally in community health or public health.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with a wide array of individuals and families.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in educational or community health settings will be given special consideration. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and community outreach methodologies is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 180,000 to 200,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
