General Manager

Role: General Manager Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day shop operations and production schedules Ensuring on-time delivery and quality of machined parts Driving continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and cost reduction Leading and mentoring the production team Collaborating with sales, engineering, and quality departments Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards Managing resource planning Managing purchasing activities for raw materials, products, or equipment Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers Tracking purchase orders and ensuring on-time delivery Handling delivery or quality issues (e.g., defects, shortages) Coordinating with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, finance) to meet requirements Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) managing CNC machining operations Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, programming, tooling, and processes Leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Ability to manage production schedules and meet delivery targets Excellent communication and organizational skills Background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr ATR
