Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for a Patient Service Center in Canton, Ohio. The role involves collecting blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques, processing specimens, managing patient data, and delivering customer service. The position operates Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Process specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
- Handle billing information and collect payments as required
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with administrative tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- 3+ months phlebotomy experience or 2+ years preferred
- Valid color blindness test results
- Reliable transportation and reliable attendance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $17.75–$25.92 per hour
