In-Home Occupational Therapist: Rehabilitative Care for Adults (Charlotte)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time home health role in the Charlotte area. You will perform home visits to adult and geriatric clients within Charlotte, Steele Creek, and Pineville, conducting assessments and developing individualized intervention plans. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitative care, document in EMR, and help clients maintain independence at home. #J-18808-Ljbffr BAYADA Home Health Care
