Location: Phoenix, AZ / Irving (Las Colinas), TX / Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid

Contract Length: 6mo

Pay Rate: $69 - $74

Top Requirements:

1. 7+ years of application development with strong SQL Server and SSIS experience
2. Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
3. Strong experience with ETL development and secure SDLC practices

1. Experience with software architecture and solution design principles

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data-driven applications and ETL pipelines
• Build and optimize data processing workflows using SQL Server, SSIS, Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
• Develop stored procedures, dynamic reporting solutions, and data transformation processes
• Ensure secure application development practices aligned with SDLC standards
• Create functional system design documents and technical specifications
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Debug, analyze, and enhance existing systems and codebases
• Document solutions, processes, and architecture through diagrams and code comments
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of data platforms
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and governance requirements
