Part-Time Customer Service Associate

We are a thriving manufacturing company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and play an essential role in processing orders, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry through fulfillment. Responsibilities: Customer Service & Order Processing Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, confirmations, and updates Coordinating with internal departments (production, shipping, and accounting) to ensure timely order fulfillment Handling customer questions related to orders, shipping status, invoices, and product information Maintaining accurate customer and order records in our CRM system (ZOHO) Office Support Assisting the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations Managing documentation, filing, and data entry related to customer orders and accounts Preparing basic reports related to orders, sales activity, and customer requests Supporting special projects and general office needs as they arise Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Experience with CRM systems or order management systems preferred Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Why Join Us: At our company, we cherish our work culture and strive to foster a friendly, collaborative, and comfortable office environment.
