Occupational TherapistEvaluates, plans, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Delegates and monitors the work of licensed occupational therapist assistants, technicians, and other support staff.Job RequirementsMinimum EducationBachelor's DegreeMinimum Work ExperienceNo previous experience required.Required Licenses/CertificationsLicense to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Texas or eligible for licensure.BLS - should not initiate patient contact until completed.Valid Driver's License required only for individuals identified as HMC Designated Drivers per policy.Required Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesInput data into computer programs.Familiar with rehabilitation equipment.Designated DriverNoOSHA Category1 - High Risk
