Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• We look for a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Bonus points if you have experience building AI-powered products.
• A strong eye for design is an added advantage.
• Experience with Go and TypeScript is preferred.
• Experience creating developer tools, programming languages, or databases is a plus.
• Leadership experience on technical projects or teams is beneficial.

• We will build a system to analyze and visualize millions of data points about agent performance.
• We will enable agent developers to run A/B tests on their agents so they can make data-driven decisions about behavior.
• We will develop Explorer, an AI-powered exploration tool for conversational data, similar to ChatGPT plus clustering capabilities.
• We will create systems to proactively monitor agents for defects or emerging patterns.
