Operations Director

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions seeks an Operations Director to lead end-to-end manufacturing for orthopedic implants, instruments, and sterile packaging. This role oversees production, scheduling, maintenance, and materials flow to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485), while developing supervisors and frontline teams. Partner with Engineering, Quality, and OEM customers to scale new products, optimize processes, and ensure capacity. The Operations Director will champion a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and patient-focused outcomes in a high-tech, precision environment.
