Digital Asset Manager

Leading the strategy and management of a global digital asset management system, the full-time Digital Asset Manager will oversee governance, support users, and enhance capabilities while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities: Manage the design and administration of the digital asset management system, ensuring proper organization and preservation of creative assets Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements, managing relationships with vendors and overseeing updates and integrations Provide training and technical support for users, ensuring compliance and accurate rights management while overseeing a Digital Asset Specialist Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in library and information science or a related field, or equivalent work experience A minimum of eight years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager or in a similar role Three to five years of experience in people management and vendor relationship management Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital asset management systems, preferably Aprimo Advanced knowledge of metadata, rights management, and current trends in digital asset management
