Part-Time Beverage Cart AttendantSun 'N Lake Golf Club, located in Sebring, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Key Responsibilities:Confirm beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the courseStock and clean beverage cart throughout the dayMaintain and exhibit knowledge of proper golf course etiquetteMaintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by managementEnsure guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized mannerServe food and beverage items to guests while on the courseRespond to customer questions regarding general information about the facilityReview schedules for changes, calendar of events and club activities on a daily basisAccountable for all checks and cash transactions, which may at times be high volumeUtilize Point of Sale (POS) system and create daily sales reportsCommunicate guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and ChefIncorporate safe work practices in job performancePerform other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Must be at least 18 years of age to meet state age requirements to serve alcoholOther Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendanceExperience preferred but not requiredBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
