Creekside Animal Hospital is a two-doctor practice with an experienced, supportive team dedicated to providing outstanding patient care and an exceptional client experience. We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist who enjoys helping people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about making every client and patient feel welcome.

As a Client Care Specialist, you'll play an essential role in keeping the hospital organized, supporting the medical team, and helping clients feel informed and cared for throughout every visit.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar efficiently
• Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
• Process payments and review invoices with clients
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, reminders, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate client and patient information
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support an efficient hospital workflow
• Provide calm, compassionate support during both routine and emotional visits
