Experienced Climber/Arborist - Crew Lead

Responsibilities
- Perform tree pruning, removals, stump grinding, and cabling for commercial clients
- Climb trees safely and efficiently using proper techniques and equipment
- Direct and support crew members to ensure safe and effective field operations
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and clients
- Participate in ongoing training, safety meetings, and shop maintenance, especially during slower winter months
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tree care, including climbing
- Valid driver's license
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Desire to learn, grow, and achieve within the arboriculture field
- ISA Certification is a plus
Compensation
$25.00 – $35.00 per hour , paid weekly. Full-time position.
