Bookkeeper

Salary: USD30 - USD40 per hour Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team and support the day-to-day financial operations of a well-established organization. Reporting directly to the Controller, this individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting processes, and providing excellent internal and customer-facing support. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll-related records Prepare monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and invoices Reconcile corporate credit cards and petty cash accounts Assist with budgeting activities and management reporting Prepare and file monthly tax-related reporting Maintain HR and payroll files Support financial processes related to customer onboarding and offboarding Troubleshoot and maintain financial and billing-related systemsRespond to customer and stakeholder financial inquiries in a timely and professional manner Collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders Qualifications Prior bookkeeping or general accounting experience required Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com strongly preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team member Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Compensation & Schedule Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunity to join a stable organization with a collaborative and team-oriented culture This is an excellent opportunity for a bookkeeping professional seeking a long-term role where they can make a meaningful impact while working closely with leadership and a dedicated team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ledgent-Finance-
