Job Description

Pegasus Landing of Santa Fe is an 86-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Santa Fe, NM, offering a warm, welcoming environment where residents can maintain independence while receiving personalized care and support.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Memory Care Director to lead our Memory Care program, mentor and support team members, and ensure our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. If you have a heart for serving seniors, strong leadership skills, and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those living with dementia, we would love to hear from you!

Highlights of the Memory Care Director Position:

Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families
Proven success in management and leadership
Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
