Bartender - Full time

Bartender Location: Beverly, MA 01915 Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $7.50/hour + tips (Massachusetts tipped employee rate) About The Role Sala Restobar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about craft cocktails, provides exceptional guest service, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. This is a full-time position requiring open availability and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. Schedule Candidates Must Be Available To Work The Following Schedule Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Full availability for these shifts is required. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Sala’s recipes and service standards. Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest. Recommend cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and food pairings with confidence. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after service. Complete all opening, running, and closing side work. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management. Verify guest identification and comply with all Massachusetts alcohol service laws. Accurately process guest checks using the POS system. Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards at all times. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or high-volume cocktail bar. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Craft Cocktail And Wine Service Experience Is Highly Preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Experience with Aloha POS is a plus but not required. The Ideal Candidate Has a genuine passion for hospitality.
