Warehouse Specialist - Shipping, Receiving & Inventory

Full-Time | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control, in a small fast-paced , technical environment.

This position is ideal for individuals with 4+ years of hands-on warehouse experience , strong ERP/WMS system knowledge , and a high level of accuracy in inventory management and material handling .

What You Will Do

• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations
• Verify inbound shipments for accuracy, condition, and documentation
• Process transactions in ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Maintain inventory accuracy and system integrity
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Support material flow for engineering and project teams
• Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required ; associate degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred
• 4+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience
• Experience with ERP systems or WMS platforms required
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and best practices
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
