The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of experience in handling tort and commercial litigation matters. Responsibilities Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, and general liability claims. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers. Manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license in the State of Nevada and in good standing. 1–3 years of litigation or insurance defense experience preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
