Licensed Realtor/Sales Agent: The Kollective with Real Brokerage, LLC is currently hiring in Delaware Pennsylvania

What You'll Be Doing

1. Follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads
2. Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
3. Show homes and guide clients through the buying or selling process
4. Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
5. Build your referral business and long-term client relationships
6. Utilize CRM technology to manage your pipeline and client communication
7. Participate in coaching, training, and team collaboration opportunities

Who We're Looking For

1. Agents currently doing around 5–10 transactions per year who want to grow
2. Agents looking for more lead opportunities and stronger support
3. Self-motivated professionals committed to growing their business
4. Realtors who value collaboration, coaching, and accountability
5. Agents who want to build a predictable and scalable real estate career
6. Licensed real estate agents in Pennsylvania or Delaware

Qualifications

1. Active Real Estate License in PA and/or DE
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
3. Ability to consistently follow up with leads and clients
4. Experience using MLS systems, CRM platforms, and transaction management tools preferred
5. Organized, self-driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience

Commission-Based Position

Expected Earnings: $60,000–$200,000+ annually, based on production

1. Performance-based bonus opportunities
