We build ground mount solar from distributed generation sites to utility-scale projects, with work running across Illinois and 35+ states. Job Details What You'll Do Install photovoltaic (solar) electrical systems according to drawings and specifications Perform AC and DC terminations and wire management Interpret construction documents, wire schedules, and BOMs Apply current electrical codes and best practices on the job Complete material takeoffs and support tool and equipment procurement Mentor and support apprentices and crew members in the field Maintain project documentation, reports, and field records Work with foremen and project managers to meet safety and production goals Communicate effectively with crew, customers, and leadership What You Bring Valid Journeyman Electrician license OR 8,000+ electrical working hours, verifiable with prior employers 5+ years of experience in solar or electrical construction Familiarity with PV systems and DC/AC configurations Strong understanding of electrical schematics and specifications Ability to travel 100% across the Midwest and beyond, with overnight stays required Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites Valid driver's license with a safe driving history Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on your feet for long periods US work authorization; sponsorship is not available Benefits As a full-time employee, you’ll have access to a comprehensive benefits package built to support your health, wellbeing, and long-term future: 100% employer-paid health and dental coverage for employees HSA contributions to help cover medical expenses Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage 401(k) with a competitive company match Performance-based incentives Paid weekly with competitive wages PTO, six paid holidays, and education reimbursement Exclusive employee discount program Interested in hearing more?
