This is a commission-based opportunity with upside earning potential.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Utilize our proven systems and strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful transactions.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with our team to create and implement effective marketing plans for property listings.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and grow your real estate business.
• Leverage modern technology and tools to efficiently manage client interactions and transaction processes.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating your commitment to shared goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software, highlighting your capacity to maintain organized and accurate records.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly, showing your readiness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills, ensuring you can manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, reflecting your initiative and self-motivation.
