Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.93 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building common areas, lobbies, corridors, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned. Monitor entry and exit activity, check credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations. Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions, and report hazards, disturbances, and/or security‑related concerns according to site procedures. Minimum Requirements Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
