Client-Facing Systems Engineer I (MSP IT Support)

StoredTech in Queensbury, NY is seeking a Systems Engineer I to deliver technical support to clients and ensure IT systems run efficiently. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, while maintaining excellent customer service. Role requires 1–3 years in tech support, strong Microsoft 365 experience, and ability to travel to client sites and StoredTech offices up to 50%.
