Dietary Aide PT

The Alps at Wayne Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for caring, dependable, and hardworking Dietary Aides to join our team. If you enjoy helping others, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you. Every meal is an opportunity to brighten someone's day. As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in providing nutritious meals and exceptional service that helps our residents feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. Schedule Part Time 6 AM to 2 PM, two-three weekday shifts and every other weekend required. Why Join The Alps at Wayne? Paid time off Union Benefits Opportunities for advancement and career growth Supportive leadership and a welcoming team environment Stable, full-time employment with consistent scheduling Meaningful work that makes a difference every day What You'll Do Prepare dining areas and assist with meal service Deliver meals and beverages to residents promptly and accurately Assist residents during mealtimes as needed Follow resident diet orders and portion guidelines Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized dining environment Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Work closely with the dietary team to provide an excellent dining experience What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable with excellent attendance Ability to work well as part of a team Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, hospitality, or healthcare experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates At The Alps at Wayne Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, every member of our team plays an important role in improving the lives of our residents.
