The incoming Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with disrupting fragmented, local-level procurement by positioning the organization as a consolidated strategic partner for regional and national facility directors. The mandate is to transition the market from transactional "per-service" bids to comprehensive, multi-site service agreements that leverage data-driven maintenance life-cycles. This is an opportunity for a strategic hunter who excels at navigating the complexities of regional real estate portfolios and securing high-margin, recurring revenue contracts.

KEY LEADERSHIP MANDATES

• Regional Portfolio Expansion: Drive the acquisition of multi-site maintenance contracts across the Mountain West, focusing on large-scale retail power centers and industrial logistics hubs.
• Aggregated Solution Selling: Position the value of a single-source exterior provider to streamline client operations, reduce administrative tail, and provide uniform quality standards across geography.
• Strategic Account Development: Build and maintain direct relationships with Regional Facility Managers and Directors of Construction within Tier-1 commercial real estate firms.
• Revenue Yield Optimization: Architect bundled service packages that maximize "share of wallet" by integrating high-margin emergency services with seasonal recurring maintenance.
• Competitive Market Analysis: Monitor regional competitors and pricing trends to ensure the organization maintains a dominant win-rate on high-value RFPs.
• Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from sophisticated lead generation and site auditing to final contract negotiation and operational hand-off.
• CRM & Pipeline Integrity: Utilize advanced CRM tools to provide high-fidelity revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility to the executive leadership team.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the organization at regional trade associations (BOMA, ICSC, IFMA) to solidify its position as the premier exterior service aggregator in the market.
