Position Summary

Tri-K Machining is seeking a dependable and motivated Facility Flex Associate to support daily operations throughout our manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient work environment by supporting manufacturing operations, assisting maintenance activities, supporting shipping and receiving functions, and ensuring the facility remains clean and productive.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to assist wherever needed to support production and facility operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operators by delivering machine coolant, tooling, shipping supplies, raw materials, and other items necessary to maintain production flow.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support production requirements, facilitate the movement of materials, and maintain efficient workflow throughout the facility.
• Assist the Maintenance department with preventative maintenance activities and minor facility and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop floor, work areas, and common spaces to promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including material movement, packaging, and inventory support.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and facility support equipment as trained and authorized.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support facility, production, and operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move materials and equipment.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
