Locations 6700 Port Road, Groveport, OH, 43125, US (On-site) Job Category Technology: Individual Contributors Job Category Information Technology Job Function Infrastructure Job Description Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Deploy, configure, and replace laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Support printers, scanners, and other office technology. Assist with user onboarding, equipment setup, and account-related requests. Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff. Deliver excellent customer service to end users. Qualifications 0–2 years of IT support, technical, or customer service experience. Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and printers. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to learn new technologies and work independently. Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus but not required. Preferred Skills Experience with ticketing systems. Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, or endpoint management tools. Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds. Ability to work under desks, in wiring closets, and around IT equipment as needed. #LI-Onsite #LI-BT1
