Job Description:


- Join an exceptional team dedicated to providing top-notch care in a Level III NICU setting.
- Work 12-hour night shifts: 19:00 - 07:30.
- Must have 3+ years of solid NICU experience, including high-risk deliveries and special care for neonates.
- Charge Nurse experience is a must; you will occasionally take charge shifts.
- Required certifications: BLS, NRP, Advanced NRP .
- Responsibilities include:
- Attending high-risk deliveries.
- Managing and caring for neonates born at < 24-28 weeks, 29-34 weeks, and > 34 weeks.
- Administering medications, including antibiotics and antivirals.
- Monitoring blood glucose and managing intravenous lines.
- Supporting breastfeeding and handling breast milk.
- Performing phlebotomy and ensuring thermoregulation.
- Understanding and managing respiratory support and complex procedures.
- Float required to Labor & Delivery and possibly between other units as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Physical Therapy and Pharmacy.
