Litigation Attorney

Location: Costa Mesa, CA (must be able to attend court locally)
Salary: $165,000 - $205,000 base salary + bonus potential  + discretionary bonus

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to take ownership of cases and play a key role in litigation strategy, including:

• Handling all phases of litigation (pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions)
• Appearing in court and managing hearings
• Collaborating closely with partners on case strategy and client management
• Working on a variety of complex business and civil litigation matters

The position offers hybrid or fully remote flexibility , with the expectation that attorneys are able to attend court appearances in the Costa Mesa area as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience (business, commercial, or civil litigation preferred)
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience with motions, depositions, and court appearances
• Active member in good standing of the California Bar
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
