In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop Electrical design for Industrial Manufacturing projects, which includes the manufacturing, ag/bio-process, food/beverage, oil refining, and packaging industries. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate initiative. Develop a variety of complex engineering deliverables including one-line diagrams, schematics, power and lighting plans, panel schedules, field instrumentation, electrical installation details, and technical specifications. Function in a technical specialist capacity. Under general supervision, performs all aspects of conventional design engineering and analysis. Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, including process, mechanical, instrumentation and controls, structural, civil, and architectural disciplines. Continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area. Coordinate with regional and global design teams. Do project studies – Energy Optimization, Power System Coordination, and Arc Flash Hazard Analysis Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program. EIT/EI, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline. 1+ years in electrical design, planning and construction services. Consulting and Industrial Manufacturing experience preferred. Power system analysis experience in SKM, ETAP, or other analysis software a plus. Basic understanding of NEC/NFPA 70 requirements, and hazardous classified area concepts preferred. Familiarity with PLC wiring and controls is preferred. PLC programming experience is not required. AutoCAD experience. Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing Minimum of 1 year related work experience All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
