Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program Current BLS/CPR certification required Previous clinical nursing experience preferred Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care About Us: Kindhearted Healthcare Services Inc is a trusted healthcare provider based in Laurel, MD, committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient we serve.
