Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) NURSE VISIT

Assured and associates personal care of GA is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We are recruiting compassionate, dependable, self‑driven caregivers. We value great customer service skills and a strong team player ethos. As a home health provider, the client’s care and skilled duties will be performed in the client’s home. Responsibilities Provide great customer service skills Continuously wash hands Assist with bowel programs and wound care Assist the CNA with cleaning and repositioning the patient Document electronically intakes and outputs of urine and specimens, glucose, and vitals Administer and/or assist with medication Maintain patients’ area clean and safe from hazardous objects. HIPAA compliance required Report any changes to charge nurse Requirements State license LPN or RN High school diploma or equivalent required CPR, First Aid & AED (American Heart Association only) TB test result Previous experience in hospital, home health, or skilled facility with acceptable references preferred Excellent customer service skills Acceptable for prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking Able to lift up to 10 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Assured and Associates
