Hybrid Registered Nurse Clinical Lead-Trainer

We are partnering with agrowing multi-site primary care organization in the Atlanta area seeking aHybrid Clinical Lead / Training RN to support clinic operations and MedicalAssistant professional development across multiple locations. This is a hands-on rolefocused on clinical education, workflow reinforcement, process improvement, andMA training within an ambulatory care setting. The RN will serve as a clinicalresource and trainer, helping ensure consistency in patient care workflows,documentation standards, and clinic operations across multiple sites. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary:$85,000-$110,000 performance-based bonuses Full benefits package(medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Hybrid flexibility- workfrom home or onsite based on clinic needs Key Responsibilities: Train and onboard MedicalAssistants on clinical workflows and best practices Provide hands-on coaching inoutpatient clinic settings Standardize workflows acrossmultiple locations Reinforce documentation,patient safety, and clinical protocols Support patient flow, clinicefficiency, and quality improvement initiatives Educate MA staff onphlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and clinical procedures Serve as a clinical resourcefor providers and staff Required Qualifications: Active, unrestrictedRegistered Nurse license in the State of Georgia Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care Strong interest in clinicaleducation, training, and workflow development Excellent communication andteaching skills Ability to work in afast-paced, multi-site clinical environment Willingness to travelbetween clinic locations in the Atlanta area Preferred Experience: Preceptor, trainer, orinformal teaching experience with MA staff Experience in outpatient ormulti-site clinic environments Interest in qualityimprovement, workflow optimization, or clinical operations Comfort working in evolving,growing healthcare organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc.
