Tax Senior Manager

Who: An accomplished CPA, EA, or equivalent-certified tax leader with 7+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry roles.

What: Manage tax compliance, planning, and consulting projects while leading teams, reviewing complex returns, and advising clients on strategic tax matters.

When: Available now for full-time employment.

Where: Charlotte, NC

Why: To provide clients with trusted, innovative tax solutions while growing the firm's presence in a key financial hub.

Office Environment: Professional, collaborative, and client-focused workplace.

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 base, plus 10-25% bonus potential.

Position Overview:
The Tax Senior Manager will manage client relationships, oversee high-level projects, and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, while contributing to firm growth in key industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements and foster strong relationships.
Advise on tax planning, advisory, and compliance.
Mentor tax professionals and develop team expertise.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant tax leadership experience.
CPA, EA, or similar credential required.
Strong strategic and problem-solving abilities.
