Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00 (DOE)

We're seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician in the High Point, NC area who takes pride in technical excellence, values a strong team culture, and is looking for a long-term career-not just another job.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Service team, you'll provide preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems:

• DX systems (up to 100 tons)
• Water-cooled and packaged AC systems (up to 150 tons)
• Water source heat pumps
• CRAC units with integrated humidifiers and advanced controls
• Gas and electric heating systems
• Pneumatic, electronic, and DDC control systems
• VAV and air handling systems in larger facilities

Daily Duties Include :

• System start-up, evaluation, and calibration using appropriate gauges/instruments
• On-site diagnostics and component-level repair/replacement
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance including cleaning coils, inspecting belts, ductwork cleaning, etc.
• Site start-up support for newly installed equipment
• Accurate, real-time updates to dispatch and coordination with team leads

What You Bring

• 10+ years commercial HVAC experience (required)
• Universal EPA Certification (required)
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to team goals
• High level of initiative, professionalism, and technical precision
• Flexibility for rotating on-call shifts and emergency support
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
